Signal in,
structure out.

Most of what I've built follows the same shape: take something messy — a pen stroke, a leaf photo, wrist-sensor noise, a single biomarker curve — and pull the structure out of it.

Sometimes that's a neural net with the governing differential equations baked into its loss. Sometimes it's a greedy nearest-point matcher that turns scribbles into LaTeX. Sometimes it's a 500-gram robot deciding when to charge.

I'm a first-year CS student at Georgia Tech on the Intelligence and Systems & Architecture threads, mostly found in a research lab, a robotics bay, or a restaurant I haven't tried yet.

Notersly

A note-taking app built for students who still think with a pen.

  • Captures handwriting as vector strokes, saves locally first, then syncs to Supabase — so notes keep working with no signal.
  • Converts handwritten math to LaTeX with a deterministic greedy nearest-point alignment.

Plant Pigment Estimation

Chlorophyll from a photograph.

  • Trained a PyTorch image-regression model that predicts chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and carotenoid concentrations from a single leaf photo.
  • Landed within 75% accuracy — no lab extraction, no spectrophotometer.

Crop Yield Advisory

Per-field planting advice from what farmers actually harvested.

  • Modeled crop yield from farmer-reported harvest data with scikit-learn regression, then generated planting recommendations for each field.
  • Placed 2nd out of 50+ teams and qualified for TSA nationals.

  • Simulated Alzheimer's progression across five coupled states with physics-informed neural networks, embedding the governing differential equations into the loss so predictions stay physically consistent.
  • Built inverse PINNs in PyTorch that recover 27 latent disease parameters from a single observed biomarker — 26 of them within 0.025 absolute error.

  • Trained random forest and XGBoost classifiers on Helios wrist-sensor data to tell body-focused repetitive behavior (BFRB) gestures from everything else.
  • Placed 3rd out of 100+ competitors at the DSU Research Symposium.
